Feline

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Signaling a complete departure from their confrontational pub-rock origins, the band's seventh album introduces a lush, remarkably restrained European pop sound. Dave Greenfield's synthesizer work dominates the production alongside the extensive use of acoustic guitars and electronic percussion. Featuring the evocative hit 'European Female', the record successfully reinvented the veteran group for the sophisticated 1980s continental market.
