Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Teardrop Explodes' second album arrived after the breakthrough of 'Kilimanjaro' and reflects both the band's expanded ambitions and growing internal instability. Julian Cope's songwriting moves through psychedelic pop, post-punk rhythms, and eccentric horn and keyboard arrangements.
