Album Notes & Community Reviews

Showcasing their unparalleled ability to adapt, 'Knock Me Out!' finds The Ventures injecting heavier, fuzz-laden guitar tones into their pristine instrumental surf rock sound. The album tackles a mix of contemporary pop-rock hits and driving originals, highlighting the flawless rhythm section and twin-guitar attack of Nokie Edwards and Don Wilson. It remains a remarkably tight, energetic highlight of their massive discography.
