Album Notes & Community Reviews
Hitting the shelves during the commercial zenith of the first UK punk wave, this propulsive follow-up refined the band's blistering, straightforward attack with sharper hooks and tighter production. Anchored by the standout single 'Automatic Lover', the record perfectly straddles the line between raw, high-speed aggression and undeniably catchy power pop structures. It stands as a definitive, adrenaline-fueled document of the class of '77.
