Album Notes & Community Reviews

After a six-year recording break, the veteran Seattle alt-country ensemble delivers a sprawling, cinematic return. 'Travels in the Dustland' is framed as a desert-noir concept album, heavily emphasizing Chris Eckman and Carla Torgerson's resonant vocal interplay over desolate, expansive folk-rock arrangements.
