Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally assembled by garage-rock icon Billy Childish as an all-female backing and sister band to Thee Headcoats, the quartet delivered a spectacularly raw and swaggering debut. 'Have Love Will Travel' is a fuzz-drenched, lo-fi explosion of three-chord rock and roll, heavily honoring 1960s girl groups and primal beat music. The album established them as beloved, fiercely independent mainstays of the British Medway scene.
