Album Notes & Community Reviews

Billy Childish inaugurates his notoriously prolific new project with a fiercely lo-fi, back-to-basics barrage of guitar rock. Stripping rhythm and blues down to its most primitive, three-chord essence, 'Headcoats Down!' embodies the pure, unadulterated spirit of British garage punk revivalism.
