Album Notes & Community Reviews

For their seventeenth studio album, the Swedish symphonic metal pioneers consciously aimed to deliver a crowd-pleasing, hit-oriented collection of bombastic anthems. 'Leviathan' heavily features their trademark operatic vocal choirs, grandiose orchestral arrangements, and soaring power metal riffing. Conceived as the first part of an epic trilogy, the record embraces accessible melodies and sweeping mythological themes.
