Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking a significant structural shift for the Brooklyn duo, 'John Henry' is their first studio album recorded with a full backing band rather than relying on drum machines and synthesizers. This transition results in a much louder, horn-driven alternative rock sound, while completely retaining the Johns' signature morbid wit and existential lyrical quirks.
