Album Notes & Community Reviews

Transitioning from their blues-heavy origins into radical avant-garde territory, the Hamburg-based group's sophomore effort is a chaotic, improvisational tour-de-force. Shedding traditional song structures entirely, the trio employs extensive studio manipulation, distorted basslines, and frantic drumming to create challenging, dissonant soundscapes. The record represents the extreme, free-jazz leaning fringe of the experimental Krautrock movement.
