Toundra

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut album from the Spanish instrumental quartet successfully bridges the soaring, delay-driven crescendos of post-rock with the muscular, down-tuned riffing of sludge metal. Drawing inspiration from bands like Pelican and Isis, the record established them as a powerful new voice in the European post-metal scene, laying the groundwork for their highly successful subsequent career.
