The first album by Japanese singer and composer Tujiko Noriko, 'Make-Up and Soldier' was composed primarily by Tujiko herself and released only in Japan. Its songs set her bittersweet vocals, in Japanese and English, over glitchy, downtempo electronics and electro-acoustic arrangements, the starting point of the experimental pop she later developed with European labels.
