Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking the final release under the group's original, elongated moniker, this transitional album features the debut of percussionist Mickey Finn alongside Marc Bolan. The project notably introduces electric guitars and subtle pop hooks into their previously acoustic, Tolkien-inspired freak-folk, heavily foreshadowing the glam-rock explosion that would shortly follow.
