Album Notes & Community Reviews
Facing significant internal turmoil and the departure of key members, the veteran British hard rock band struggled to maintain their footing on their eleventh studio album. 'Making Contact' attempts to modernize their driving rock sound with prominent synthesizers and slicker production, aiming for the lucrative AOR market. The subsequent tour resulted in a disastrous on-stage meltdown, leading to the band's temporary dissolution.
