UFO II: Flying - Space Rock

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Prior to the recruitment of guitar prodigy Michael Schenker and their turn toward definitive hard rock, the British band produced this sprawling, highly exploratory heavy psych record. Dominated by two massive, side-long jams overflowing with phased guitars and cosmic sound effects, the album fully embraces the burgeoning space rock movement. It is a wildly uncharacteristic, heavily sought-after document of their earliest creative phase.
