Album Notes & Community Reviews

Breaking a long period of musical silence, the acclaimed English singer-songwriter returns with an instrumental project deeply rooted in the natural world. 'The Singing Places' seamlessly blends delicate piano compositions and ambient synthesizer washes with extensive field recordings of the English countryside and native bird calls. The resulting album is a profoundly calm and pastoral neoclassical meditation.
