Album Notes & Community Reviews

A deeply controversial release at the time, 'Angel Rat' sees Voivod abandoning thrash entirely for a highly psychedelic, new wave-inflected approach to progressive rock. The Canadian group delivers a surreal, cryptic, and incredibly melodic alternative metal album steeped in dark fantasy and nocturnal atmospheres.
