Negatron

Following the significant departure of founding vocalist Snake, the legendary Canadian progressive metal act returned as a power trio featuring new bassist/vocalist Eric Forrest. The recording drastically stripped away the highly polished, psychedelic space-rock elements of their previous era, heavily favoring an incredibly dark, dissonant, and remarkably heavy industrial-thrash sound. The fiercely aggressive, sci-fi-themed project deeply polarized fans but re-established their uncompromising avant-garde edge.
