Album Notes & Community Reviews

Experiencing a remarkable late-career renaissance fueled by new guitarist Daniel 'Chewy' Mongrain, the legendary Quebecois outfit delivered a wildly complex science-fiction concept album. The record flawlessly resurrects their signature discordant, highly angular thrash metal riffing while introducing lush orchestral elements and sprawling progressive structures. The ambitious release won the Juno Award for Heavy Metal Album of the Year.
