Album Notes & Community Reviews

Co-produced by Good Charlotte's Benji Madden, the debut full-length from Waterparks burst onto the scene with an unabashedly energetic hybrid of pop punk and electronic elements. The band juxtaposes infectious, upbeat melodies and synthesizer flourishes against Awsten Knight's self-deprecating, often anxious lyricism. It established them as a key player in the late-2010s revival of neon-tinged alternative pop music.
