Album Notes & Community Reviews

Cleaning up the fidelity but keeping the attitude, Nathan Williams delivers a quintessential summer slacker anthem. 'King of the Beach' is packed with hook-filled pop-punk songs about boredom, weed, and self-loathing. It is a fun, bratty record that defined the surf-punk revival.
