Album Notes & Community Reviews

A watershed moment for Katie Crutchfield's Waxahatchee project, 'Saint Cloud' represents a profound sonic and thematic shift. Trading in the indie-rock grit of her earlier work for a warm, lucid Americana sound, the album chronicles her journey to sobriety with unflinching honesty and grace. Its blend of classic country influences and sharp, introspective songwriting earned it widespread critical acclaim and a dedicated following.
