Album Notes & Community Reviews

Waylon Jennings' 'Ol' Waylon' was released during the peak of the outlaw country movement and became one of his major commercial successes. The album includes 'Luckenbach, Texas', a signature song that crystallized Jennings' critique of Nashville excess and romanticized return to roots.
