Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Hornet Disaster' advances the project's signature blend of emo and noise-pop with a darker, more aggressive, yet distinctly hook-focused approach centered on themes of being misunderstood. Though created with upgraded production tools, the album retains a deliberately lo-fi and abrasive quality, channeling influences from The Brave Little Abacus while expanding the sonic palette to include Swedish-language rock, hyperpop harmonies, and trip-hop.
