Make Them Die Slowly

Album Notes & Community Reviews

A key transitional album, 'Make Them Die Slowly' documents White Zombie's pivot from noise rock towards a more conventional heavy metal sound. Produced by Bill Laswell, the album largely abandons the dissonance of their debut for faster, more aggressive thrash and groove metal riffing. While the band was famously unhappy with the final product, it's a crucial step in the evolution that would lead to their breakthrough success.
