Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stepping out from his role as a highly sought-after Nashville session guitarist (Lambchop, Silver Jews), Tyler presents a gorgeous collection of instrumental guitar compositions. Fleshed out with subtle electronic loops, vibraphones, and live drums from Wilco's Glenn Kotche, the record acts as a cinematic, driving soundtrack to the disappearing landscapes of rural America. It was highly praised for expanding the boundaries of modern American Primitivism.
