Album Notes & Community Reviews

Curated and produced by his son Micah Nelson, 'Last Leaf on the Tree' is a conceptually bold and emotionally resonant covers album. The record reimagines songs by alternative rock artists like The Flaming Lips, Beck, and Tom Waits, filtering them through Nelson's weathered country-americana aesthetic to explore deep themes of resilience and mortality.
