Album Notes & Community Reviews

The outlaw country legend continues his unprecedented twilight run with a remarkably warm, deeply introspective collection of classic honky tonk and Western swing. His unmistakable, world-weary vocal delivery navigates profoundly poetic narratives of aging, bittersweet romantic longing, and the pastoral beauty of nature. It is a flawlessly melodic, beautifully understated testament to his enduring songwriting genius.
