Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking the return of the Portland punk pioneers following their initial 1989 disbandment and frontman Greg Sage's subsequent solo excursions, 'Silver Sail' presents a more deliberate, mid-tempo approach. Recorded at Sage's Zeno Studios in Phoenix, Arizona, the album highlights his signature, layered guitar work over driving, repetitive rhythms. The record marries their established post-punk moodiness with elements of alternative rock and surf rock, evoking a timeless and atmospheric desert landscape.
