It's Cosy Inside

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in a tiny London bedroom studio, this incredibly obscure masterpiece by the Ives brothers is a visionary work of lo-fi ambient pop. 'It's Cosy Inside' utilizes gentle acoustic guitars, primitive drum machines, and soft, woozy synthesizers to craft a whimsical, delightfully domestic atmosphere. Only appreciated decades after its release, it profoundly anticipates the modern folktronica and hypnagogic pop movements.
