Night of Your Ascension

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Comprised of two sprawling, thirty-minute compositions, this project features a massive ensemble of experimental musicians constructing towering, deeply ominous soundscapes. Conceptually focused on historical acts of terrifying violence, the music slowly builds from haunting, choral ambiance into deafening, apocalyptic doom metal crescendos. It is a devastating, highly progressive exploration of sonic dread.
