Album Notes & Community Reviews
X tightened their blistering Los Angeles punk rock sound into remarkably sharp, sub-three-minute blasts on their magnificent sophomore record. Exploring the complex romantic relationship between vocalists John Doe and Exene Cervenka, 'Wild Gift' is an incredibly energetic, wonderfully playful, and uniquely humorous documentation of urban punk-rock romance.
