Album Notes & Community Reviews

XTC's hyperactive debut completely bypasses standard three-chord punk in favor of highly anxious, profoundly chaotic art-pop experimentation. Driven by Andy Partridge's manic vocal delivery and Barry Andrews's wildly eccentric organ playing, 'White Music' is an incredibly quirky, fiercely energetic new wave record brimming with melodic unpredictability.
