Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Chicago quartet continues to stretch the boundaries of extreme music, integrating prominent saxophone and world-music percussion into heavy down-tuned riffing. Produced by Sanford Parker, the sprawling tracks pivot violently between guttural doom passages and sprawling, improvisational jazz interludes.
