Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Atlanta rapper fully embraces a dark, cinematic horrorcore aesthetic on this tightly focused trap release. Featuring ominous, synth-heavy production largely handled by his frequent collaborator Coupe, 'DR. EV4L' underscores Nudy's nonchalant, conversational flow and grim street narratives. The record successfully sets a highly specific, chilling atmosphere that distances it from more mainstream, club-oriented Southern rap.
