Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Texan trio's sophomore release established a heavier, grittier template, expanding on the boogie-blues foundation of their debut. Billy Gibbons' distinctive pinch harmonics and thick guitar tone are front and center, driving classics like 'Just Got Paid' and 'Francine'. It served to firmly cement their reputation as an uncompromisingly loud and deeply grooving Southern rock powerhouse.
