Biography
Black Lips are an Atlanta garage rock band formed in 1999 by Cole Alexander and Jared Swilley, playing raw flower punk shaped by 1960s garage, blues and country. Records such as 'Good Bad Not Evil', '200 Million Thousand' and 'Arabia Mountain' built their name, alongside notoriously chaotic live shows. The current lineup, with Oakley Munson, Zumi Rosow and Jeff Clarke, released 'Season of the Peach' in 2025.
