Biography
Brooklyn hip hop trio Black Moon, formed in 1992 by Buckshot, 5ft and DJ Evil Dee, helped define hardcore boom bap with their debut 'Enta da Stage' (1993) on #Nervous Records#. Built on the low fi production of *Da Beatminerz* and Buckshot's forceful rhymes, the group became a cornerstone of the *Boot Camp Clik* and #Duck Down Records#. Later albums include 'War Zone' (1999), 'Total Eclipse' (2003) and 'Rise of da Moon' (2019).
