Brand New

Brand New was an American rock band from Long Island, New York, formed in 2000. The band consisted of Jesse Lacey (vocals, guitar), Vinnie Accardi (guitar, vocals), Garrett Tierney (bass), and Brian Lane (drums), with the later addition of Derrick Sherman (guitar, keyboards). Initially emerging from the pop-punk scene with their debut album "Your Favorite Weapon", the band evolved their sound with each subsequent release, incorporating elements of indie rock, alternative rock, post-hardcore, and emo. They gained a cult following and critical acclaim for their emotionally charged lyrics and dynamic musical progression, particularly with albums like "Deja Entendu" and "The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me". The band announced their disbandment in 2017.
