The band consisted of Jesse Lacey (vocals, guitar), Vinnie Accardi (guitar, vocals), Garrett Tierney (bass), and Brian Lane (drums), with the later addition of Derrick Sherman (guitar, keyboards). Initially emerging from the pop-punk scene with their debut album "Your Favorite Weapon", the band evolved their sound with each subsequent release, incorporating elements of indie rock, alternative rock, post-hardcore, and emo.
