Carpenter Brut
- Type: Producer
Biography
Carpenter Brut is the alias of Franck Hueso, a French electronic musician from Poitiers who keeps his identity deliberately in the background. Mixing horror-film synths, metal and Italo disco into the style dubbed darksynth, he issued three EPs later gathered as 'Trilogy' (2015), then the albums 'Leather Teeth' (2018) and 'Leather Terror' (2022), built as soundtracks to imaginary exploitation films. His music has appeared in games and in the film Blood Machines, and he tours with a full live band drawn from the metal group *Hacride*.
