CĂ©sar y su JardĂn

Originating from Xalapa, Veracruz, CĂ©sar y su JardĂn is a Mexican quartet that emerged after the COVID-19 pandemic. The group is known for its transdisciplinary fusion of jazz, folk, and protest music, creating a sound they describe as an 'AntologĂa FolklĂłrica'. Led by the theatrical vocalist CĂ©sar, the band combines rustic, acoustic instrumentation with performance art and corporeal dramaturgy. Their music moves between fragile whispers and the fire of protest songs, influenced by Latin American rhythms. The band, which also includes Milo on guitar, HĂ©ctor on drums, and Nimbus on bass, released the EP 'MandĂbula' and has been an active presence in cultural festivals across Veracruz, Oaxaca, and Morelos.
