Biography
Children of Bodom is a Finnish melodic death metal band formed in Espoo in 1993 as Inearthed. Led by guitarist and singer Alexi Laiho, the band combined death metal aggression with power metal melody and neoclassical keyboards across ten studio albums, including 'Follow the Reaper' and 'Hate Crew Deathroll'. After splitting in 2019 and Laiho's death in 2020, the surviving members reunited, announcing a permanent reunion in March 2026.
