Biography
Christina Vantzou is a Kansas City-born, Brussels-based composer and filmmaker. She first became known as one half of *The Dead Texan* with *Adam Wiltzie*, then built a solo catalogue of orchestral ambient albums for #Kranky#: 'No. 1' (2011), 'No. 2' (2014), 'No. 3' (2015), 'No. 4' (2018) and 'No. 5' (2022), alongside collaborations including 'Multi Natural' (2020). Her slow, dream-logic compositions are paired with her own slow-motion films.
