Biography
Cinerama is the orchestral pop project formed in Leeds in 1997 by *The Wedding Present*'s David Gedge with Sally Murrell, trading indie guitars for strings, brass and film-score sweep. Albums 'Va Va Voom' (1998), 'Disco Volante' (2000) and 'Torino' (2002) were followed by a long pause and a revival for 'Valentina' (2015). The stored span '1998 - 2004' is superseded by the revival.
