Cyrus

Biography

Cyrus was a short lived alias of Berlin duo #Basic Channel#, *Moritz von Oswald* and *Mark Ernestus*. Its only releases, the twelve inches 'Enforcement' (1993) and 'Inversion' (1994), were among the founding documents of dub techno, built from minimal techno rhythms, dub delay and echo. The alias issued no albums and belongs wholly to the wider #Basic Channel# project and its history.
