Released under the Cyrus moniker by Moritz von Oswald and Mark Ernestus, this was the foundational first release for the legendary Basic Channel label. 'Enforcement' utilizes a relentless, distorted Roland TB-303 acid line submerged under layers of intense, atmospheric tape hiss and dub delay. This 12-inch laid the essential blueprint for the minimal, dub-techno movement that dominated Berlin's electronic scene.
