Biography
American jazz-fusion band formed in 1974 by David Sancious, Ernest Carter and Gerald Carboy after Sancious and Carter left the E Street Band. The trio's 'Transformation (The Speed of Love)' (1976) is regarded as a fusion classic; the shelved 'Dance of the Age of Enlightenment' and the expanded line-up's 'True Stories' (1978) complete the group's albums under this billing. A standalone David Sancious doc exists on the site.
