Biography
Dead Cross is an American hardcore supergroup formed in 2015 by Dave Lombardo, Justin Pearson and Michael Crain. After original singer Gabe Serbian departed, Mike Patton joined in 2016 and fronted the debut album 'Dead Cross' in 2017, ten short songs of crossover thrash and hardcore released by #Ipecac#. The same four musicians made 'II' in 2022, a heavier and more varied second album recorded during Crain's recovery from cancer treatment. The band draws members from *Slayer*, *The Locust* and *Retox*, but the records stand as a distinct, self contained project rather than a side note to those bands.
