Biography
Del the Funky Homosapien is an Oakland MC, born Teren Delvon Jones in 1972, who moved from *Ice Cube*-produced early albums to co-founding the *Hieroglyphics* collective, a cornerstone of West Coast underground hip hop. He is also the voice of *Deltron 3030*'s dystopian concept albums and of *Gorillaz*' hit 'Clint Eastwood', and has sustained a prolific independent solo career. His independent catalogue now spans more than three decades of releases.
