Dropdead

Biography

Dropdead are a hardcore punk band from Providence, Rhode Island, formed in 1991 by Bob Otis, Ben Barnett and Brian Mastrobuono, who remain the core of the band. Their ultra fast, minute long songs made their self titled albums of 1993 and 1998 classics of powerviolence and fastcore, issued alongside many split singles on #Armageddon Label#. A third self titled album followed in 2020, ending a 22 year gap between full lengths without softening the band's anarchist, animal rights driven attack.
